Al-Mbaidin<\/h3>\n<p class=\"speaker-bio\">is the Acting Director of the Aqaba National Vocational Training Hub (ANVT Hub), leading its strategy, institutional development, and partnerships with national and international stakeholders. With a background in industrial engineering, she has worked across aviation, construction, maritime services, and vocational training, building extensive experience in quality management, compliance, and organizational excellence. She previously served as Head of the Quality Department at the Hub, where she implemented an ISO-aligned Quality Management System, and earlier held roles with Jordan Aviation, BUTEC, and the Aqaba Port Marine Services Company (APMSCO).
